I recently enjoyed a city trip and stayed at a wonderful hotel. the first thing I liked was that they went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. It really made me feel like they cared. the second thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless! the location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city. But my favorite aspect was definitely the friendly and helpful customer service.
